DetailsThis is an original Smokey Bear poster and not a reproduction. It was created for the 1973 Forest Service and state foresters woodland fire prevention campaign. This would make a great addition for anyone collecting Smokey Bear memorabilia. The graphics are directed towards children and this makes it a great piece of art for a child's room. The poster is in great condition. The colors are bright and bold with only a very sight yellowing of the white due to its age. This poster was one of a group that was folded in the middle but the fold is minimal and not a crease. These posters were never hung and exposed to light, and is why they are in such good condition. The poster measures 13 X 18 1/2 inches. Your poster will be mailed to you rolled in a round mailing tube by first class mail.
