DetailsThis is a print of an original oil painting completed in 2019, of a chipping sparrow. The painting is based on a photograph taken several years ago when north Louisiana had one of its rare snow events. The chipping sparrow seemed to be rather cold and thinking, "I went south to avoid the snow and cold." The print is 5 X 7 inches and comes with a black mat measuring 8 X 10 inches. The print is printed with a semi-gloss finish on 100 percent rag photographic paper. An 8 X 10 inch print is also listed separately if you are interested in a larger print. All prints are shipped in photographic sleeves for protection until they are framed.
